    Compulsory Purchase
We deal with both residential and commercial property in submitting claims for market value and with the latter claims are

stationery etc. All of our fees are met direct by the acquiring authority so there will be no cost to you.
Preparation of Schedules of Condition & Dilapidation
Schedule of Condition – A Schedule of Condition is a record of the physical condition of a property taken prior to the
commencement of the lease. The importance of a Schedule of Condition is that it limits the tenant's liabilities &
obligations at the end of the lease term.
Dilapidation – Claims for dilapidation's arise when a Landlord serves notice on the Tenant to repair and maintain the
property in accordance with the lease, either during the lease term or upon determination of the lease. We act for
Landlords in preparing and negotiating a dilapidation claim and also on behalf of Tenants to limit their liability by applying
statutory principles and negotiating with the Landlords representatives.
